Throughout the life course, individuals are embedded in a variety of places and environments, including countries, states, cities, neighborhoods, schools, and workplaces, that shape health and wellbeing in myriad ways. Analyzing associations between place and wellbeing along with the pathways through which places impact health and wellbeing is increasingly important. The 2023 Data-Intensive Research Conference will showcase research that explores how place intersects with health and wellbeing in the U.S. and international settings.
